    All brand new products with tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery.

    Extended Holiday Return Window: Purchases made between Nov 1st - Nov 30th will have an extended return window of 60 days. Purchases made between Dec 1st - Dec 15th will have an extended return window of 45 days. 

    All Sale items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.   

    To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. If a returned item has clearly been used, no refund will be granted to the customer.  Please refer to our easy to use return portal to process your return.

    How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?

    Once your return is received by our warehouse and complies with our return policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. After we have issued your refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your payment method.

    Exchanges

    All exchanges must be submitted within 30 days from date of delivery and must be new, unused and in the same condition in which they were received. If you need to exchange a product for another size or color, please refer to our easy to use return portal to process your return. .

    Received a Damaged Item
